In 2008, Khalaf Bus Factory has been established. The Factory is specialized in mini and midi buses, and other special purposes. It is set up in Obour City on surface area 16000 meters square; divided into four plants 4000 meters square each, equipped with the highest technical and human capabilities available.

The Group has started its activity back in 1995 with Modern Service Centre, an approved service agent for Peugeot and Hyundai, on surface area 3000 meters square in the heart of Cairo. Since then, the Service Centre has gained first place, as an approved service agent amongst all Peugeot Egypt centers, from 1995 to date.

In 1997, the Group has expanded their activity establishing Cross Road car-rental company, with 80 sedan cars and 20 minibuses, supporting individuals and companies alike. Additionally, the company has developed its services to include transportation services, moving workers in companies and factories from Greater Cairo to the new industrial cities outside the capital.

In order to provide best service with lowest cost, Modern Spare for importing auto spare parts has emerged in 1999.

Stemming from this principal; to provide our customers with the best comprehensive services, we created Modern Auto for trading and importing cars, with a strong network of distributors all over the country.

To contribute to supporting the national economy in the field of industry through creating job opportunities and improving labour skills to offer best quality products and services to our customers at the lowest cost.

The factory is licensed and approved by the Ministry of Industry and General Authority for Investment as a factory for building automotive bodies.

The drawings and designs for chassis have been prepared and approved as meeting the specifications by the Faculty of Engineering, University of Helwan.

A committee of professors from the Faculty of Engineering has made the necessary tests to ensure that the product is safe and meets the standard specifications.

The Ministry of Industry approves and licenses the product as meeting the specifications.

The General Directorate of Traffic approves the product licensing and operation all over Egypt governorates.

Through a strong network of distributors; Khalaf Bus has covered 13 governorates, selling to a wide variety of customers (public transportation companies - state owned companies - factories – schools – universities – charity organizations – private transportation companies...etc).

Khalaf Bus is a factory for building automotive bodies, though having a licensed and approved chasses, we are capable of building minibuses on any chasses and with any engine customized according to our clients.
